Thank you for this recipe. Love these flavorful drinks. One I would like to share with you is a “Raspberry Thyme Smash”
2 fresh thyme sprigs, divided
7 fresh raspberries, divided
1/4 cup Hendrick’s gin (is infused with cucumbers and rose petals)
2 tablespoons simple syrup
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
ice cubes
Remove leaves from 1 thyme sprig, place in cocktail shaker. Add 6 berries: mash with muddler. Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add gin, simple syrup and lime juice. Cover, shake vigoursly until cold. Srain into highball glass filled with ice. Thread 1 raspberry onto remaining thyme sprig; place on rim of glass.
Can’t remember if we shared this with you once at our place.
Hi Dene, I don’t think we had cocktails together but yours sound de-lish! Going to try it next weekend, thanks so much!
